What we collect, and why.

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms, use it to deliver the thing you asked for, and, only if you ticked the consent box, a senior operator may follow up once. We don't sell data, we don't run advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

What we collect

• Form submissions: email, name, company, company website, what you sell, notes, and which engagement you're interested in, whichever of these the specific form asks for.
• Consent flag: whether you agreed to be contacted about a report you requested.
• Campaign parameters: UTM tags on the URL you arrived with, if any.
• Transient technical data: your IP address is used in-memory for rate limiting and bot protection; we don't build profiles from it.

We run no third-party analytics and set no advertising cookies on this site.

What we do with it

• Generate and deliver the report or tool result you requested.
• Reply to your discovery-call request and schedule the call.
• If you gave consent on a report form: one follow-up from a senior operator about that report. No list-selling, no drip sequence you didn't ask for.

Where it lives, and who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site; form data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and generated PDF reports in Cloudflare R2 storage.
• AI Visibility Report only: the company name, website, and category you enter are sent to Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google models via OpenRouter to run the probes. Those inputs are processed under the providers' own terms; don't include confidential information in those fields.
• Email: confirmations, report copies, and internal call-request notifications are sent via Resend, our transactional email provider.
• Scheduling: a call request is recorded and sent to our team; a senior operator follows up to arrange the calendar invitation. The form does not automatically create a calendar event.

How long we keep it

Lead and booking records are kept while they're relevant to a conversation with you and reviewed periodically. Generated report PDFs are kept for up to 12 months so your download link keeps working, then deleted. Everything goes sooner if you ask.

Your choices

Email management@simplylinked.us to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you; we act on deletion requests within 30 days. Any follow-up email we send includes a working way to say "stop."
